Packages are shipped as expedited parcels via reliable carrier networks such as UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail and so on, depending on what country you are located in and some other variables such as the weight and size of your package.

At the moment we only offer shipping to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. However, we aim to ship to more countries across the world as we continue to grow as a company.

The estimated delivery date for all orders on the platform will be approximately 10 - 25 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Our shipping timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Orders may experience delays during periods of high traffic and other conditions. Finally, please note that we do no ship to P.O. Boxes.

Due to Covid-19 certain orders may face delays, depending on your country and location. However, we are doing our utmost best to get all your desires to you as soon as we can. Generally, the processing time for orders is approximately 1 - 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Paying the $3.57 (USD) priority processing shipping fee means that your order will be made a priority order in our systems. In other words, your order will be processed and fulfilled faster to possibly help reduce your shipping time. For orders over $99 (USD) this option is made FREE at checkout. With that being said, if you are placing an order that is over $99 (USD) or you do pay for priority processing, kindly ensure all your information is accurate and up-to-date at checkout.

All packages are currently shipped from our depot or directly from our vendor partners, all of which are currently located in China. Please review your country's international customs policy before placing your order as we will not be responsible for the payment of possible duties and fees. By purchasing on our platform, you consent that your order may have custom fees upon delivery.

Yes you can. However, only if your order has not been processed and/or shipped. Kindly notify us as soon as possible if you require a cancellation for your order. Once your request is received, we will do everything they can to process the cancellation and provide a full refund.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders, as such, if you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 100 days from the date of purchase, we will issue you a full refund. Learn more about our Refund Policy.

Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order is being processed and/or has been shipped. If your order has shipped and you do not receive your tracking number in the confirmation email, please contact us specifying the issue.

You can track your order by heading to our Track Order page and entering your tracking number.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3 - 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order has been confirmed shipped for more than 5 business days but still there is no information update on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase can be sent in separate packages. Rest assure, you will be provided the tracking number for each package.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed no changes can be made to it i.e. address change and other personal information updates. We kindly advise that you ensure all information provided during checkout is correct and up-to-date. If you notice an error in your order, kindly request a cancellation as soon as possible and replace your order. 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed  we cannot make re-adjustments to the pricing. If you are having any issues with your discount code we kindly advise you contact us before placing your order. As well, only one discount can applied per order.

As a commitment to provide our customers with the best price on our platform, we are offering a 100-day price match policy on all items. We will gladly issue you a credit in the form of reward points (hearts) if your item sees a price reduction within 100 days from your date of purchase. You will be issued a credit for the difference between the price paid and the current lower price. Kindly submit your request here.
Note: Price match requests must be made while the item is still at its lower price for your request to be approved. Also, at this time, we do not price match with other retailers and/or platforms.

If there is an issue with your order, if it's the wrong size, color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you ordered, then simply notify us and we will correct that ASAP.
