Our refund policy is simple and goes as follows; if there is a problem with your order and/or you are not satisfied with the quality of your item(s) within 100 days from the date of purchase, we will issue you a full refund.
 
If you require a refund, kindly notify us by telling us what went wrong, send along some photos, if necessary a video as well and we will process your money back in full to the original method of payment.

Returns 
We urge all our customers to donate any item they are not satisfied with to a local charity or to simply recycle it. Do not worry about sending back your item(s).

Exchanges 
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you ordered, whether it's the wrong product, it arrived damaged/defective, or otherwise, just let us know and we'll be glad to correct this issue.

Price match (best price guarantee)

As a commitment to provide our customers with the best price on our platform, we are offering a 100-day price match policy on all items. We will gladly issue you a credit in the form of reward points (hearts) if your item sees a price reduction within 100 days from your date of purchase. You will be issued a credit for the difference between the price paid and the current lower price. Kindly submit your request here.
Note: Price match requests must be made while the item is still at its lower price for your request to be approved. Also, at this time, we do not price match with other retailers and/or platforms.

Refund restriction
A possible refund restriction can be placed on accounts that have exceeded our threshold of refunds. If after 10 orders, you have requested a refund for over 50% of the value of your purchases, your account can be subject to a modified refund policy. Although we will still accept your return/refund requests under this policy, only a partial refund of 30-50% of the value paid for your item(s) will be issued back to you. To remove the modified refund policy from your account, we require that your refund rate falls below 50% for your subsequent orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
